Falan Nychole Blake-Packman is a newlywed dynamic entrepreneur and consultant known for her resilience, innovation, and unwavering determination. With a career that spans multiple industries, she has successfully navigated challenges and continually reinvented herself, always emerging stronger and more focused on her goals.

As a single mother for over 16 years, Falan has faced her share of hardships, including overcoming domestic violence and rebuilding her life from the ground up. Despite these obstacles, she built a thriving career as a chef, where she spent 20 years perfecting her craft. However, the onset of the pandemic prompted her to pivot into digital marketing, a field where she quickly excelled.

Falan’s journey into digital marketing was fueled by self-education, earning certifications through YouTube and her job at Google. Her dedication paid off when she joined Google as an Ads Strategist, where she honed her skills and later launched her own agency. After several years of success, she made the bold decision to exit the agency world and focus on consulting, allowing her more time to pursue her true passions and pivoting into the medical field to study Psychology with a Psychiatric speciality while growing her floral businesses. Falan’s new husband is a very accomplished Criminal Defense Attorney from NYC who shared a special bond with Falan growing up. Together they run both of their businesses in NY and AZ.

In recent years, Falan has devoted herself to her floral brands, which has seen significant growth under her leadership. This venture, deeply personal and meaningful, reflects her creative spirit and commitment to excellence. By stepping away from the demands of agency life, Falan has been able to channel her energy into floristry, consulting, helping other businesses thrive through her paid community “ The Revenue Room” on substack with her expertise in luxury brand consulting and high-ticket ads management.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Falan is passionate about personal development and lifelong learning. She enjoys weightlifting with her husband who is a former boxer, MMA, and continuously mastering new skills, which keep her grounded and motivated.
